My career began at the laboratory bench and continued through medical school into ear, nose, and throat and head-and-neck surgery.

The lab taught me how early the body signals change. Surgery taught me the cost of missing those signals.

Today I write, teach, and build systems that support everyday care. I founded Precision Wellness Medicine to carry that clinical foundation into the hours where health is decided: how you eat, rest, move, think, and connect.
